update on the High Court Challenge by Palestine Action. They were seeking to get a reprieve on their

prescription. Unfortunately, they've failed. So the judges haven't ruled in their favor.

So we'll be discussing the implications of their prescription at midnight tonight. Now let's get

into the latest updates because on the eve of the one-year anniversary of Labor's election wins,

Zara Solana had a surprise for Kier Stama.

So she tweeted, today after 14 years, I'm resigning from the Labour Party.

Jeremy Corbyn and I will co-lead the founding of a new party with other independent MPs,

campaigners and activists across the country. Join us. The time is now.

Now, of course, there's a bit of a subtlety in the, because I initially read it as will co-lead a new party, but it actually says we'll co-lead the founding of a new party,

which is slightly more ambiguous. The announcement was met with a lot of enthusiasm,

so the tweet was viewed five million times. Her statement on Instagram got over 200,000

likes.

I saw loads and loads of people sharing it. Lots of people seemed to be, you know, relieved

and that there was finally something going on on the left of politics, notwithstanding the Greens,

etc. There was initially silence from one notable person, though, the one who was mentioned

in Zara's tweet as co-leading the new party

or the formation of the new party, of course, Jeremy Corbyn.

Yes, the supposed leader, neither confirmed nor denied.
