0:14.8	Marvelous and welcome to the second of our Portsmouth Hustings for the local council elections,
0:21.6	2022 counting down towards May the 5th.
0:24.6	And this evening we move slightly across the ward,
0:29.6	still up in the north, and we've got a team from Copner today.
0:34.6	We have indeed. Good evening candidates.

0:41.3	I suppose it's important to stress as with all of our hustings, we invite all of the
0:45.5	candidates along. As soon as we knew for Deffinit, who everybody was, who had been nominated
0:51.6	on Tuesday, we have reached out to all the candidates,
0:58.0	and I think we have three of the five that are listed are joining us this evening.

1:02.4	So I shall quickly do a bit of a rundown on the rules,
1:07.8	just to make that clear to everybody,
1:09.9	and then we'll away our go with our opening

1:13.5	Okay, so as you're saying to the hustings, we've got quite clear and simple rules.
1:22.8	Everybody has a two-minute opening speech per candidate.
1:26.8	The questions have been provided to the candidates so that they
