I literally got kicked out of the studio four times before the damn thing.

I'd get everything set up. I'd hit start and I'd be back at the home screen and stream yard in the in kind of the back office area.

So I don't know what the hell that was, but I even put in an order today from Acura Botanicals and

that process took way longer than it's supposed to.

I've been having some weird stuff going on today.

So, again, hopefully it will not mess things up for today's live stream.

If you're tuning in for the first time, especially if you're on YouTube or any place else that we stream video to, like, Facebook or X or Rumble or what have you. And you saw like stuff about cooking here and you think it's like a cooking show and we're going to be in the kitchen or whatever. We're not. This is a podcast. And so what we're going to do is we're going to talk about cooking today from a different angle. But we're going to talk about the fact that we have a real problem right now in our modern world and we call that problem inflation of course that's not a new problem but it is a a new-ish form of inflation like a higher

rate of inflation than most of us are accustomed to the last time we really had the pain of

inflation like we've had in the last five years would have been, you know, the middle to the late 1970s, even going into the early 80s before Reagan kind of took over and made some structural changes in some things to mitigate for a time the consequences of fiat currency that fully began in 1971. Today we're

experiencing 70s-like inflation. That's the best way to describe it. If people call it hyperinflation,

don't know what hyperinflation is. Hyperinflation has a very specific definition. If we had

hyperinflation for as long as we've had this high inflation, everything would be over by now and we'd be completely burned to dust and rebooted economically in some form or fashion we would have had to.

Because we were talking about as an inflation rate that basically doubles prices every couple weeks.

That's what hyperinflation is.
