Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Portland Police Bureau and their unfair hiring practices, as far as I'm concerned, quite literally racial exclusion. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Also, exclusion based on sex as well. I mean, they have a target goal for hiring females. 30% of their force is

allegedly supposed to be female by the year 2030. At least that's what their equity inclusion

paperwork says that got put out in January 2025. Now, all of this is stemming because of a major

issue that we ended up spotting yesterday. We're going to talk about that at a minute. But first,

you got to ask yourself also why? Why is it that the Portland police, after arresting this Antifa guy, decided it would be a good idea to take this F-Trump flag and pop it into the air. Watch this. This isn't like a little mistake. At first, I thought, well, maybe he's just trying to like,, you know, fold the flag up or something. Then I watch it again.

Now, this officer quite literally takes it and just, watch this, just pumps it,

unveils it, pumps it into the air, like the opposite of that.

Like that had nothing to do with anything else.

So why do we have Portland police that feel this way that are walking around on the streets, quite literally like pumping an F Trump flag that they ended up finding? These are the questions that I have, and I think most people should. You know, if you're supposed to be a police officer, politics are supposed to stay out of it completely and wholeheartedly. But for some reason, this guy just feels the need to pump that flag as he's walking around holding it.

I, for the life of me, couldn't understand it until I started looking into their hiring practices and stuff.

Allow me to introduce to you guys, all right, the interim director of the office city of equity and human rights or the city of Portland.

We obviously have a disproportionate number of young black men and boys being killed by police.

That's the outcome.

Does that mean all cops are racist?

No. Of course not.

But there's something happening in the system.

There's something happening there that is creating these outcomes.

And there's so much to it.

So, you know, and I don't want to oversimplify it by saying,

oh, you know, it's just about outcomes.

But the hard work comes into that culture change.
