We're in honestly one of the most remarkable book shops I've ever been in in Hey On Why which is often

called the town of books. I've been here before and I've seen this but I've never been in

Richard Booth's bookshop, which is enormous and thrilling, and it has

this section of food books and wine and spirits and second handbooks, vintage cookery, it says there.

I'm Liam Mutzalu and I run a community interest company called Leah's Kitchen.

So I've worked with the Refugee Kitchen in Cardiff and set up their food trailer.

And I am focusing now on how food brings together communities and we are doing that by focusing

on cookbooks.

And Leah, you've been here before, you know, when I walked in and went, oh my God, this is so amazing.

You said you hung out here quite a lot.
