I don't know if anyone noticed that we did a bunch of like question box for some like episode ideas.

And we're finally getting to them. So this one for this week is going to be convincing us to

read a book in one line. And I'm very excited to see what you guys have put for us. Me too. But before we

do that, we're going to update you guys on like our current reads, most recent reads,

kind of just something fun like that um kennedy do you

want to go first i would love to go first so let's start off with a bang okay if you listened to

our underhyped books episode reggie put the book of doors by gareth brown on her underhyped

tbr and i stole it said, I'm going to read that. I read it at five stars. I don't know if these two will rate at five stars. I think I

just read it out a really good time. It kind of mixes all the genres I really love. I thought it was

going to be kind of like the Midnight Library, because it kind of sounds very

similar, magical books.

So much better.

So much better than the Midnight Library.

Lots of fun sci-fi things.

And I'll kind of just leave it at that because I don't want to say anything. Give these guys any preconceived notions or give any spoilers. But if you like, well, I put this in my Good Reads review and I've said this to these guys already. So they're like, girl, shut up. You're annoying. Not at all. It's intermixed like the thrilling sci thrilling sci-fi part of, like, Crouch's writing, the emotional

depth and relationships, topics like grief and loneliness, like Frederick Bachman, but then it had

a unique feel to it that I get when I read Rachel Gillig.

So, if that, that may have overhyped it for listeners, but I really enjoyed it.

Pretty short book, easy to read, easy to listen to it.

The pacing was really good.

Had a few plot twists that were really great.
