area of your life. We're glad that you're here. In 2017, I met David Gagins. He wasn't on

internet yet. He didn't have a book yet. He was just Gagins. And I was fortunate enough to talk

to him on a regular basis. And one thing I noticed about him that separates him from

every other man I've ever met in my life. And I've met some powerful people. I'm friends with

UFC champions. I'm friends with very, very powerful people more powerful than our government.

I have friends that are like that. So I've met some amazing people in my life. And David is an

exceptionally amazing person because of this

principle. I'm about to show you. And I believe because he taught me, see, I naturally did this,

but once David taught me certain things, it allowed me to really take this to the next level.

You see, as human beings, we all have some level of pain. When I'm not talking about being

45 and your back hurting or your arthritis, I'm talking about we have emotional pain. For me,

it was my dad leaving, my stepdad abusing me, prison, drug addiction. These are painful points

in my life that I went through. I'm grateful for them, but they were painful
