Paul, I'm always curious because I was in the hardware business.

CEO of the first smartphone was a convergence device in 1999 for Samsung.

One of the things I did not like about being in the hardware business was that our biggest competitor was ourselves.

In fact, I always tease when I speak people and say, who's the biggest competitor to Apple, to the iPhone, and everyone will say Samsung, or wherever.

I'll say, no, the iPhone 12 is the biggest competitor, and there's a generational pressure when you're in the hardware business, a technology race when you're in the hardware business.

And then the other thing that is really difficult is you don't know what other people are doing.
