Hello, empaths. We're so happy you've joined us this week. Since we've had a lot of guest on recently, we thought it would be nice to just pretend that we're sitting around a table, sipping some tea together and have a virtual chatty chat show. I love it when we do this.

0:34.1

I do too, because you never know where it's good. We might have intentions of where it's going to go,

0:38.2

1:34.8

you want to avoid continuing on into the new year. It's just a really good time for that kind

1:40.6

of reflection. So the first question is, what could you prioritize in these remaining weeks that would give

1:49.1

you a head start towards your goals in 2026?

1:53.8

All right.

1:54.2

Actually, that question I don't like, because this time of year is so busy.

1:57.5

I don't want to prioritize anything except family, wrapping gifts, helping others,

2:02.8

and focusing on, you know, Christmas songs and Hallmark movies. But I think this is, you know,

2:08.9

what I love about this is it's what a lot of people are feeling right now of, I know I'm ready.

2:14.4

I want to put this year behind me. I'm ready for a new direction. I'm not quite
