Hello Empaths and Happy New Year.

We hope you enjoyed last week's show with the

Astro Twins. I know Denise and I were quickly taking notes. They were so much

wonderful information they imparted to us. If you haven't heard it, please take a

minute to check it out. They gave us a lot of insight into some coming trends that we should see in this new year that that really made me hopeful and kind of worried at the same time.

How about you, Denise?

I agree, and I think that the hopeful part's winning, which is good,

but I also think so much of it depends on how we want to perceive this, how much we want to look at it through personal opinion, taking back our own power and deciding what we really want. One of the things that has been coming up a lot, a lot in readings a sign that Spear gave me is they'll show people being escorted to the front of this long, long line, say excuse me, excuse me, and when they get to the front of the line,

it's almost like, well, what do you really want for you?

And this comes up a lot for folks who have been

the ultimate caretakers. They've thrown lifelines, they've thrown life rings, they've, and they're really trying to learn that, you know, self-care, it's a beautiful label to put on things, but this feels different. This feels like getting really true with what what do I really want for myself in and where I'm taking my life next and I'm hoping that 2022 is going to bring that on for all of us.

Yeah, getting to the truth of who we are and what we really want right now and understanding that we really are co-creators with the universe.

And I think that's, I think that's really, really important to think about because usually around this time of the year we will do a show on manifesting and how to manifest or do a vision board or a goal book and one of the questions we often get after we post one of those shows is,

I would love to do a goalbook or a vision board,

but I don't really know what I want to manifest

or I'm afraid to manifest this

because what of these ramifications happen?

And so I think it's just a great idea right now

to take time to think, what do I really want right now?
