wonderful conversation episode.

Today's episode is with Laura Jenkins and Brown, who runs Greek Myth Comics, which is an

absolutely badass comic series from everything from the full comic of the Odyssey and the

Elliott like, buildable play sets of the labyrinth and theses in the minotaur.

Honestly her work is incredibly cool and we have become friends over the internet, over

the past few months.

It's really fun.

We had such a fun conversation that it became one of those ones that got a little off

the rails in the best way imaginable, in my opinion.

We set out to talk about the Homeric heroes, so specifically to go through heroes from

the Elliott Odyssey and then the Ineid, even though obviously that's not Homeric, but

you know, it's close enough.

We set out to talk about some of those heroes, their flaws, their stories, just everything

about them, because Homeric heroes are both of our thing.

We did begin by intending to kind of rank them or rate them in some way, which then sort

of dropped off and we forgot to finish it because we ended up talking for over two hours

and I've drilled it down to an hour and a bit long episode for you all, but it really

was so much fun.

Obviously towards the end when we were talking about who was the least ideal hero we did

end up covering theses because truly how could we not?

I am me after all and I now have a type and that type is just reasons for me to rail on
