It's a pleasure to be here.

So I've been huge fans of yours for a really long time

because I'm totally unintimitated by your approach to this natural life to making your own food and going little by little. I know some of your story. It's not like you woke up on a totally operable farm one day and

decided that this was like you just had to keep it going it seemed like from the

beginning it was really learned as you go and a labor of love and I want if you wouldn't mind I can't hear about your your past your present and your future so the world as it is I want preserving today, but let's start with

the backstory. How did you get from there to hear? Sure, little origin story. We met on My Space.

Not exactly, but like through a friend's pose.

I know that. How is that possible? So it's like 13 years ago this month actually that we met and then we moved in together and then got engaged a year later and then married a year after that.
