America's better positioned to lead the world than we ever have been. The one thing that has been destabilizing

is the outrageous behavior of the Supreme Court of the United States.

He's not the only one angry with the Supreme Court as they conclude their most

consequential session in years with far-reaching decisions on religion, the

environment, immigration, and of course abortion rights. He is hoping Democrats channel

their anger and fear into support for his party in the November midterm

elections. I share the public outrage at this extremist court has committed to moving America

backwards but ultimately Congress is going to have to act to codify the row into

federal law. We'll assess the impact of these rulings.

The court did rule in favor of President Biden's plan

to scrap a Trump-era policy to make asylum seekers wait in Mexico,

clearing the way for more migrants to enter the US.
