hello everybody and welcome back to my podcast, Esme's Country Life. This week I have been in

Germany, so that's been a whole adventure in itself, so I'm going to be talking a little bit about that.

Anyway, let's get into the podcast. So as I've been to Germany this week. I feel like I've been, you know,

here, there and everywhere with my job. So I always feel really bad, though, when I go to

Germany, because I can't really speak any or much German. I know, you know, the odd phrases,

like, hello, goodbye, thank you, please, and sorry. But apart from that, I feel like they're the sort of words

that you can pretty much, you can kind of get through countries if you know those words.

Or sorry, I don't, I speak, sorry I speak English or sorry I don't speak German. But anyway,

I'm not going to, I'm not going to say anything in German because I feel like if you are

actually German, you're going to really judge my accent and things.

French and Spanish though, that's what I did at school. I actually, I feel like in the UK, we have, we're very well known when we go to foreign countries for not being the best at speaking foreign languages.
