Summary

Most of the things we fear never actually happen. And even when they do, the pain we anticipated is almost always worse than the reality itself. This speech explores the truth that our greatest battles are rarely fought in the external world, they’re fought in the mind.Eddie Pinero breaks down how our thoughts shape the lens through which we experience life, and how mastering that lens changes everything. From fear and self-doubt to hesitation and overthinking, this message is about reclaiming control. You’ll learn that the mind can be trained, just like the body, to recognize fear without surrendering to it, to reframe pain as progress, and to stop letting anticipation dictate your destiny.Because once you control your thoughts, you control your life.

So, yesterday I had a migraine, and it's been a long time since I've had one, but something triggered it, and it hit me, you know.

eyes, which, you know, the light started bothering me so much that I had to keep them closed

for most of the day. Yesterday was a lost day.

1:32.6

And it came on during my morning workout, 7 a.m. intervals.

1:35.7

And it was just a tough experience, right?

My trainer's having me go from jump squats to decline push-ups to sprints and on and on.

internal dialogue immediately emerged like hey say right? Do we call it off?
