| 1:41.1 | problem. So a lot of people can't sleep because of their anxiety and then they start drinking or using other drugs to help them sleep. And then they end up with an alcohol problem, |

| 1:54.8 | sleep and they ended up treating it with alcohol or drugs and then got dependent on those. |
