Hi and welcome back to Storytime with Uncle Kevin.

0:08.7

This past week I was reading an article about Britain's newest sports prodigy, a 16-year-old

0:16.9

darts champion called Luke Littler.

0:20.2

Words such as athlete and sports person were sprinkled

0:24.6

1:42.2

So let's look at the first criteria, which is that it has to be a human activity.

1:48.8

So we can then look at things like pigeon racing and greyhound racing and say for sure

1:53.6

that by definition, these things are not sports.

1:57.2

And this is because the activity isn't being performed by a human.
