Hey, everybody. This is Todd. So we do an interview with a friend named Jim Dethmer. Jim is a coach, a speaker, author, and founding partner of the Conscious Leadership Group. He's personally worked with over 150 CEOs and their teams to integrate conscious leadership into their organizations. He trains coaches through the Conscious Leadership Group. He co-authored a book that I love called The 15 Commitments of

Conscious Leadership. I happen to be in the coaching certification program through the program

that Jim offers. And I'm about quarter of the way through that right now. So Jim is a mentor of mine,

and I wanted to invite him to talk about how conscious leadership is related to conscious

parenting. And it was an interesting interview to say the least. We even, we talked about

awareness. We talked about body intelligence. We talked about death, how the universe is conspiring to help us.

And then in the midway through the interview, our 12-year-old daughter, who was under the

weather, needed some support and kind of distracted me from being present.

So actually used that as an opportunity to work through some of the teachings that Jim has taught me.
