| 1:30.8 | instance. So it's an ad hoc response. |
| 1:36.1 | Also, the Central Bank is not set up to do bailouts |
| 1:41.1 | to do lender of last resort function. Obviously it's capable of doing it, but is |
| 1:46.1 | reluctant to do so because it's been adhering to its anti-inflation targeting. |
