If you ask the experts, the economy is in pretty good shape.

Unemployment is low and inflation is slowing, but you might not feel that good news in your

wallet.

A lot of people, a lot of voters, a lot of consumers, a lot of everyday people will say that the economy is on the

wrong track.

You know, why is that?

And it's one of those things that has so many plausible answers.

politicians and public health officials really started to talk about what it will take to reopen the country.

The plans they've come up with to safely end social distancing all seem to contain two words.

Contact tracing. Contact tracing.

Real aggressive contact tracing.

And you do contact tracing so that you don't have a beginning of a peak.

Contact tracing is a tried and true tactic for infectious diseases.

The reason I say tried and true is because that is what finally put out the 2014 Ebola epidemic and seems to have done so last year as well.

It basically means what the phrase sounds like.

You identify patients who have the disease in question and

then you figure out everyone whom they have come into contact with. That can be
