S&P fell a tenth of a percent, and the NASDAQ lost four tenth percent.

Consumers surveyed by the New York Federal Reserve in February said they expect their spending

will rise over the next year by more than they thought in January. Meanwhile, people expect their incomes to grow about 3% on average.
