all right. Perhaps not as good as some of the stocks we're going to be talking about today. A lot of big moves in the market.

So why don't we start out talking today about Yum Brands and some news about the stock?

Okay, so a major announcement this morning actually just came out before the market opened

that the company will be spinning off its business in China.

Initial response has been very positive, like you mentioned,

up over 4%, last I checked.

So for listeners that aren't as familiar with YOM,

what's driving management to make such a big

Ultimately, this all centers around obviously it's China Division, which makes up about half of

revenue and operating profits.

And the issue there is that China, previously its major growth vehicle,

has seen revenue just to

to illustrate that in full year to for full year 2012 China division saw revenue about six point eight six point nine billion dollars and two years later for full year 2014 it was just

over 6.9 billion and the problem is that's a huge shift from previously when in 2011, 2012, you'll see anywhere from 25% to 35% annual growth.
