Hello, welcome back for season two of the Excel Stillmore podcast. I am your host, Chris

0:11.4

Emerson, and I'm here to encourage you with tips and strategies to help you build stronger

0:17.3

relationships, deepen your faith, and just get the most out of your life. Thank you for

0:23.6

joining. Let's get started. Welcome back to the program. Thank you for taking the time to listen

0:34.9

today. Time is the theme for today's episode. We're going to talk about

0:40.1

1:43.4

We all know that it is precious, that it passes

1:47.2

all too quickly, and even if you believe you have a lot of it, chances are you've overestimated

1:54.4

what you have to work with. Does the Bible teach this? You know that it does. A variety of passages indicate such, like

2:02.4

James Chapter 4, where it talks about the guy who's going to spend a year in a place and do all

2:08.4

kinds of things, but you don't know what your life will be like tomorrow. And it goes on to

2:13.4

talk about how you're just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.
