You know, the mind is an observation point, a reflection. You know, it's a, the quality of our mind is a representation of the quality of our life.

Minus interests of the thoughts, right?

Those are crazy.

You know, some things we simply cannot control, and the mind reminds us of this.

Have you ever thought about that?

Have you ever thought about how an intrusive thought could be a gift in a way from the mind, reminding us of a simple

truth in life that we cannot control what happens. But we can't control how we

respond, how we observe. When it comes to the quality of our mind, we have some control, right? We have control of what we entertain, what we allow, what will stay. You know the other day I was thinking about

how even a lie in a way can be a gift.

It could be beautiful.

In a way, yes, because a lie is like a seed of a vine. Once you start and never stops growing and turning, bending,

intertwining itself all through the space and mind. And when we lie, then we have to think about another lie,

and then how to maintain that lie,

how to evolve that lie,

then we start to believe our own lies,

then we start to defend the lies.

And now the mind is consumed. Not by truth, but from a lie. And a consumed mind is a

depleted mind. It's a mind that can't focus on what truly matters. A mind that is stuck in

lust too often. A mind that only sees problems, forgetting that there's a solution right around.

That perspective shift. A consumed mind is a closed mind. It's a caged mind, a consumed mind can only be freed if we decide to.
