Being good stewards of people's kind of finances.

There are so many layers to this that we as architects and builders need to be participating in.

This is somebody's life.

They're going to build a home themselves and their family.

They're gonna spend a significant amount of time and money.

We need to be helpful and all that,

stewards of all that, sympathetic and really help these people.

And we need to care, like, you have to show up

and actually care about what you're doing.
