As of right now, there are two states on the verge of a constitutional crisis, Michigan

and Pennsylvania.

And these are key swing states that Donald Trump needs to win the electoral college.

Anybody telling you right now that Joe Biden has won is not being honest with you.

He hasn't.

Preliminary projections show that Joe Biden will win the electoral college so long as everything

just moves along without challenge.

But Donald Trump is challenging this.

Many Republicans are challenging this in many different states.

And in Michigan, as of the recording of this video right now, there is a hearing from

the Michigan State Canvas Board to determine whether or not they will certify this election.

It sounds like they are going to.

And then from there, it goes, I believe to the governor and we'll see how things play

out.

Maybe it's entirely possible that we see a two to two split again at this state can, at

this canvassing level, just like we saw at the county level where two Republicans in

two Democrats disagree.

Although from sitting there listening to the hearing, it sounds like at least one Republican

is going to side with the Democrats.

But in Pennsylvania, there was a new lawsuit arguing that the act that act 77, which created

this expanded mail-in voting system is unconstitutional and may actually result in a constitutional

crisis with no legitimate remedy other than to say this election was unconstitutional.
