Today we are discussing Article 3, which establishes the judicial branch of the federal government.

Article 3 is much shorter than the first two articles that we've covered so far.

The judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court and in such

inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
