did you want to introduce our guest? We are joined by Matthew Barsen. He is the

former United States ambassador to the UK. Before that, he worked on President

Obama's 2008 campaign. He was the national finance chair for his 2012 campaign.

He also served as the US ambassador to Sweden before he became the US ambassador

to the UK. But he is here today because he is the author of this incredible book

that I had not heard about and that now I'm going to be buying for all of my

friends. It is called The Power of Giving Away Power. And I'm just really excited

to talk to him about it because even from the title, I was like, I don't even
