Today was a really difficult decision on what to put here on the podcast because it was really a two and a half hour package.

And then we had Tom Holman at the end, who we will play here.

But it was two and a half hours of a discussion.

So what segment do we put?

This is the second hour, beginning of the second hour.

I think we chose this because I think this is where I most articulately made the incompetence argument.

To be very clear, I'm not out of conspiracy theory zone, but this is just always my starting point is incompetence to understand things.

Very open to hearing otherwise, and we just took a ton of phone calls about this shooting in the first

hour we spent a lot of time on the absolutely assonine argument that there was no one up on that

roof because it was too slopey it's so so ridiculous just lying straight to your face then at the end

of this conversation the one of the commissioners of the Butler Township in Pennsylvania called in,

he listened to the show. So he called in and he wanted to set the record straight about

that police officer who saw, who engaged the assassin up on the roof and then quote unquote

retreated. And this commissioner wanted to say no he didn't retreat

he was hoisted up by another officer both of his hands were on the roof line he poked his head up

there was no ability to engage there was no like rambo style like shooting that could have happened

and then that's when the he fired off the. So it was interesting to have him set the record
