Well, hey, thanks for taking my call.

And I'm a big fan of the show.

What can I do?

Well, I am looking for some advice or some suggestion or help on

how much importance or value I should be put. and

my current company's defined pension plan.

So I have been at my current company's defined pension plan. So I have been at my current player about five years and occasionally job offers will show up and as I evaluate them or look at them, they usually always have more salary, but you know that there's very few jobs still

offering a pension.

And so, so really sort of that question of money now versus money later, and wondering how much importance I should put on that

versus you know going to something that might offer more salary at front.

Yeah I get that.

You know look the the part of this that's tricky is that it is a pension today that may go away in the future, right?

They can always say you've got a pension, oh and we're converting it to a cash balance plan we no longer have a

pension so let me ask you a couple a couple of questions for right now how much are you

earning in the current job so currently between salary and bonus, just under 200,000. All right, I'm going to call it 200.
