there's been a little news lately about states and redistricting. Gerrymandering is a, gerrymandering

is a proper term, but gerrymandering is as a called, and we've seen it in several states

across the country. And of course, these are done for political purposes. Now, let's remember,

under the Constitution of United States, each state is apportioned a certain number of delegates

based on its population. By the way, I don't think there's been a legal reapportionment by Congress,

I think, since 1920.

But that's a whole other thing.

That has to deal with the Constitution and that's a whole other question.

But so every 10 years you have a census and the Congress reapportions the representatives in House, and they apportioned to the states,

however many delegates they decide to give them, right?

Then it's up to the states to lay out district maps so that they can cover, you know,

have districts for each of their representatives.

Now, in some states, that's easy.
