| 0:10.0 | And let's call the mind all those that we have concern for, all those that we've promised to pray for. We are on day five of our preparation for consecration to marry on December 8th. |
| 0:31.0 | Tonight we meditate on the deadly sin of sloth, otherwise known as a chadia, sloth or achadia. |
| 0:45.0 | But it begins with humility, and we get humility wrong. |
| 0:52.0 | Humility is not belittling oneself. |
| 0:55.7 | Humility is about how we relate to God. |
| 0:58.9 | And it has two parts. |
| 1:01.4 | First, God is God, and I am not God. I know that comes as a surprise, but it's good to meditate on the fact that we're not God. |

| 1:20.9 | lead us to the conclusion that we have limitations. |
| 1:24.0 | I need God, and therefore I want God. |
| 1:28.0 | That's the first part of humility. |
| 1:30.0 | The second part is that with God we literally have divine potential. |
| 1:37.0 | With God we can sharing in his divine nature |
| 1:50.0 | which is unlimited. |
| 1:52.0 | So if you want to obliterate all limitations and as |
| 1:57.0 | Catherine of Siena would always say and become all powerful, all wise and all |
| 2:02.2 | loving, then unite yourself to God. That is what Mary did, |
| 2:07.6 | and that is why she is almost without limit. Do you ever reflect upon your high calling to share in the life of God and |
| 2:20.6 | desire it and strive to live up to it. |
