Well, hi everyone, I am Lori LaBae and I am thrilled to be here. We have gotten a lot of requests to talk about seniors and holidays and how do you transition with all of that. But before we go into that I'll give you a little background because we've taken a little

detour today and you're just going to see Lance and I talk. We thought between the two of us in our history with work and personal experience that we could probably handle this, give you a good idea.

This is a topic that we could talk about for a week straight and not be able to answer everyone's questions.

So keep that in mind, but I think that you will get a lot of really good information and one of the things we want to stress is there is no one answer, just like there is no one answer with any type of medical diagnosis.

seniors so I had a lot of interactions in terms of helping seniors and families, not only with their traditions or transitions, but with their life in general, how to live their best life, because that was really one of my goals and
