Always a pleasure. You know, we had talked about kind of doing something a little bit different today,

and we wanted to talk a little bit about the flu season because we're coming up to

the, you know, thick of it with flu season. And, you know, that can be very detrimental to anyone,

but especially to our seniors. So we thought we would talk a little bit about, you know, the signs

to look out for and some of the best practices for the flu season. I think that's great great because it can crack down pretty hard on individuals and families.

And I think there is so much that we can do ahead of time to hopefully prevent, you know, getting the flu.

Absolutely.

You know, I'm just going to, for our viewers and listeners, I want to kind of go through some of the signs of the flu. Absolutely. You know, I'm just going to, for our viewers and listeners, I want to

kind of go through some of the signs of the flu. And again, we're not doctors, we're not medical

professionals. But this is information from the Mayo Clinic, the Cleveland Clinic, and the CDC,

and just some good old-fashioned common sense as well. But, you know, some of the signs of the flu to be on the lookout for is a sudden onset of fever or feeling feverish chills.

And though not everyone does experience a fever.

Sometimes a cough, often dry and persistent, could be an indicator, according to the CDC.

Soar throat and nasal congestion or a runny or stuffy nose, according to the Cleveland

clinic.

Muscle or body aches and headaches, you know, again, from the Mayo Clinic.

And fatigue or feeling unusually tired, which can be severe.
