And of course, on the day that Jeff isn't here, at least to start the show, all hell breaks

loose.

And I am not even going to attempt to do a Bob Cole impression because that would be very foolish.

When I got in today, I was doing another show.

And producer David says, did you see what happened?

And I said, what?

got traded to winnipeg um and the deal is sean monahan to the jets for a first round pick

and a conditional third round pick in twenty twenty seven the first round pick is for twenty twenty

four montreal doing a tidy bit of business there.

Then, as the day continues, we get news that Todd McClellan has been fired.

This one is, I don't want to say it's a shocker because the team hasn't played well of late,

but it's more of a shocker because, you know, we talked about this with Elliott yesterday, at least Jeff did.

And he thought that if there was an opportunity to fire Todd McClough,

it would have already happened.
