0:11.2	If you believe that life happens for you and not to you, then you can kind of see the synchronities.
0:19.1	Like when I look back in my life and all the things that I went through and experienced,

1:11.5	oh, this is this is a good challenge. Like this is an opportunity for growth right here. And
1:17.3	you, you can't, like you can't avoid it. It's just the more you achieve, like they say what,
1:24.7	new levels, new devils. So the higher you get up on the mountain and the more you climb for, like, the things
1:31.2	are going to get harder.
1:32.1	And like you said earlier, your threshold for stress and your threshold for, you know,
1:37.6	things that happen just increases.
