Michigan women's gymnastics just won their 26th Big Ten championship.

Five gymnasts brought home 13 All-American honors and the coach that has put this all together

and is putting together a run to defend their national championship is Bev Polacki.

As promised, I'm now joined by the defending National Championship coach and reigning the Big Ten coach for the 26th time.

That's Bev Pallaki.

Coach, thanks for joining us and congratulations on your most recent championship.

I'm happy to be with you.

When I say the numbers, 26 Big Ten championships, how does that ring when you hear that as the coach that's been there every step of

the way?

Well, besides making me feel old, you know, I just take it one year at a time.

And each year is its own special journey and, you know, I just take it one year at a time, and each year is its own special journey.

And, you know, I said on the television broadcast, it never gets old.

Each one is unique, the athletes that are a part of each one of those championships.

There's always a story behind the season and just really exciting and proud to be a part of it.

Well, I'd love to hear some of those stories about this team because you've got the Big Ten
