of the men's gymnastics team,

the Big Ten gymnast of the

year in 2021. That is Paul Judah. Paul, thanks for

joining us and how's this year started off so far for you? Yeah, it's going great. Thank you so

much for introducing me, John. Years going great. Gassed all the way, pedal to the medal,

and, you know, just getting ready for a great year.

Well, I know that there are some changes this year.

And I want to talk about the team first

and then I'll get to some individual things that you've been up to.

And for the team, you've obviously got a new head coach.

Kurt Golder retired earlier and coach Shao has joined or has taken

over the rates. He's been with the team for a long time, 16 years going on 17, but what's it
