So can you just kind of lay out what this schedule looks like for both the men's and the women's team and how everything gets done in just those three days?

Yeah, they're pretty long days, especially for the coaching staff, since we're out there from

start to end.

But yeah, I mean, this is one of the things of track and field is, you know, with the number of

events we have trying to fit them into a three-day schedule can leave for some pretty

long days.
