Lauren, thanks for joining me.

It's been a hell of a start to the season for you.

And I know last year your freshman year, it was a great start. What's been a hell of a start to the season for you. And I know last year,

your freshman year, it was a great start. What's different your sophomore season versus what

you were able to do and what you experienced your freshman season? Yeah, I think it's just kind

of like knowing what to expect and just taking what I learned from last year and just putting it

to the work and just try and be better every single day. What were some of the things that you focused on in the offseason?

Definitely a lot of hitting, just a bunch of different drills, machine, tea work, live,

talking to my hitting coach, Chitty. So just really just trying to go in depth with all the

details. So it's kind of natural to me when it comes to the games in

practice. Well, it obviously seems pretty natural to you because I'm just going to give everybody

some stats of what you've accomplished so far this year. Your average is 472. Slugging percentage

is over one. On-based percentage is 579, which is top 15 nationally,

one and a half RBIs per game.

So, I mean, you're tearing it up.
