Michigan men's gymnastics took on the best of the best. They took on Stanford, Oklahoma, Nebraska,

Penn State, and Illinois came away as national champs. Captain of that team, Zach Granados,

is going to join me in just a moment to talk about what this year has meant the trials, the tribulations,

everything that went into and led up to them approaching an opportunity to win a national

championship at the Chrysler Center here in Ann Arbor.

What's it feel like being a national champion?

Thank you.

And thanks for having me.

I don't really think it's really settled in totally yet.

It's something that has kind of embodied my whole time here at Michigan. I came in. There were third

the year before I got here. Second, my freshman year, second last year. So to finally get it done

this year in front of a home crowd in Chrysler, it's unbelievable,

and I don't think we could have written it any better. So there's so many things, so many different ways we can attack this. I want to start with this, though. It's the seventh time in Michigan
