Michigan men's soccer is 5-0 and 4 to start the season.

The best start they've had since 2007, head coach Shaka Daly is going to stop by to give us a little preview of the Friday night maze out in Ann Arbor, 7 o'clock against the Buckeyes.

Coach, I know you guys were off to a great start. Best start since

2007, five wins, no losses for ties. What's been the, what's been the, what's been like with

this team and what's different from previous years? I mean, I think we're a little bit of a reboot.

We're certainly not there yet. We still have some room to grow with our program,

but last year we did a little bit of reboot post-COVID,

and we brought in a lot of youthful players

and some new energy into the team that didn't have a ton of experience.

They gained a lot of experience with five or six of them playing a lot of

minutes last year as freshmen. So throughout the process, just them trusting us and us trusting in them.

We brought in a couple older players this year, a couple transfers and a couple older players

with experience. No substitute for 50, 60 games of college

sports or college soccer. We brought a couple of those guys in and they've helped with some
