Well, as promised, I'm joined by the wrestling

coach here at the University of Michigan, Sean, first of all, thanks for joining me. And I know

you guys officially got underway about a week, week and a half ago. How was training been going?

Hey, John. Yeah, great to be on. Training's been going great. We had a six-week preseason, a lot of strength and conditioning,

technical work.

And about a week ago, we were able to start ramping up our mat training.

And we're off to a great start.

Overall, just great staff, team.

Can't say enough about this team, Team 102.

And I think it's the best our room has been since i've

been here uh though that says a lot because you lost a lot of guys and i know that you've got

you've got you've got a great recruiting class uh you've got some transfers but let's talk about

as and let's just kick this thing off some of the guys that are coming back you got a couple
