And on this mini episode today, we are going to talk about best daily practices. And recently,

0:11.0

I've had a few people reach out and say, hey, how do you manage the business? And what are your

0:16.4

daily practices? I've had a few emails come out to me. And I got asked recently on a panel that I was on at a conference. And so I thought I've had a few emails come out to me and I got asked recently on a panel that I was on

0:22.1

at a conference. And so I thought I would share what my personal habits are. And I'm just going to

0:27.7

preface this with, I would love to hear what your daily habits are. So you can either share

0:32.6

them with me on Facebook. You can email me at info at mantops.ca, but I would love to hear what really works for you,

thoughts out of my head, concerns out of my head, and just sort of

1:10.9

process through the mental fog and layers of crap that's sort of mulling around in there.

1:17.5

I have a very active mind. And I find that writing it out sometimes really helps. So in the

1:22.4

mornings, I'll do probably about a page or two of just free flow, whatever's coming up, just to kind of

1:29.1

get it out of the way. And then I'll do gratitude journaling. And so I will write down what I'm

1:34.5

most grateful for right now is, and then I'll fill in the blank, or what I'm most proud of right

1:39.6

now is, or what I'm most excited about right now is. And then after each one of those questions,

1:44.9

there's two follow-up questions that I use, which is, why is that important and how does it

1:51.1

make me feel? Why is that important? How does that make me feel? And now the reason why those

1:56.3

two follow-up questions are so important is that so often why gratitude practices don't work for people
