We're just so excited to have you with us again this week.

As we dive into part two of our discussion about spirit guides and animal people guides and more details about how to actually connect with them and work with them and really get to know them and help them get to know you.

And Samantha, you want to start us off?

Let's start by talking about one of the most important things which is removing fears and doubts.

I think that when we start to initiate a relationship with our spirit guides, one of the things most of us struggle with is fear and doubt.

We worry that we're going to get something wrong. We worry that we're going to connect with something negative.

We worry that we're making it all up that it's in our imagination.

I think it's important to remember that you are in control of your personal energy.

So you always have a say over who connects with you.

Test the guides that come through, ask for signs, trust your feelings.

If something doesn't feel right, reinforce your protection and disconnect from the alleged guide.

Do not rely on your guides for everything.

They aren't watching over you 24 hours a day.

They have things to do on the other side as well.

Also, as we said last week, don't expect them to help you with everything.

They are here to guide to offer insight to nudge us in the right direction.

But it's our job to recognize the guidance, check it for authenticity, and then follow it.

So we have a lot of work to do when we're working with our guides.
