0:17.2	And I'm Deb Bowen.
0:18.5	And today we wanted to talk about ways you can connect with your spirit, because
0:22.5	you know, we kind of had a rocky start to 2025. We had all these major planets and retrograde,
0:30.2	but we've just entered this really beautiful sweet spot, this lovely period that's going to last
0:36.5	for a few weeks where we will have no planets
0:39.5	retrograding. Mars ended its retrograde February 23rd, so instead of feeling as though, you know,
0:46.3	we're moving backwards or not making any progress, that should start to change as Mars gets
0:51.9	stronger each week. We also had Venus in retrograde, which may have had you
0:57.5	reflecting on the past too much, especially going back to 2017. But luckily, she went to
1:03.4	direct on April 14th. Of course, we had to deal with Mercury in retrograde. And then we had two
1:10.2	powerful eclipses in March, the lunar eclipse
1:13.7	on March 14th and then the solar eclipse on March 29th, which helped us close out a chapter
1:20.5	that began around two years ago. And finally, we have Neptune moving into Ares at the end of March. This is the first time
1:29.4	Neptune has been here since the mid-1800s, and the first time Neptune has changed signs since
1:36.0	2011. So in light of all that good news, we thought it would be a really nice idea to discuss
1:42.4	ways to connect within to your spirituality on a daily level,
1:46.3	because this is the time to focus on intentions, manifesting, and really going through these next months with your intuition strengthening as you focus on connecting within.
1:58.7	You know, it's so important, I think, to go through life, Deb, with that
2:01.8	feeling of intention. I'm being very blessed to be able to give a talk at a local spiritual
2:08.0	center in April. And I talk a lot in that sermon kind of thing, talk that I'm writing,
