me what wild yoga is and how you created it? Yeah, thanks for asking. It's a kind of yoga that

involves loving ourselves, stretching our consciousness, connecting to the earth body as

much as we might connect to our own bodies, delving into the mystery,

listening to dreams, letting our yoga kind of take us back to the larger meaning of yoga,
