Horrors. A woman in the city of Waterbury has been arrested for allegedly holding her steps on in captivity for over 20 years, forcing him to endure abuse, starvation, and neglect. On February 17th, first responders were called to a report of a house fire. The two residents of the home were 56-year-old Kimberly Sullivan, who called for help, and her 32-year-old emaciated stepson,

who was 5'9 and weighed just 68 pounds. Investigators found a room in the house with

exterior door locks, and when they spoke to the stepson, he told them he intentionally set the fire
