Very happy to be with you today. So tell me, how do you feel about this bill as it is now? After

all the haggling and the compromises, what parts thrill you most?

What parts bother you most? Well, I tell you, it was worth all of the negotiations, which are

always really, really very tough when you have a wide spectrum of points of views within our own Democratic caucus, and then, of course, trying to negotiate with the Republicans to make it a bipartisan bill.
