forms. Santos selected last year to represent parts of Long Island and Queens surrendered to

Santos appeared in court this afternoon where he pleaded not guilty to all 13 charges.

The judge released him on a bond, which was secured by three co-signers. And in court, his lawyer,

Joe Murray, told the judge that he needed to be able to travel because he was running for re-election.

And he needed Joe Murray said the freedom to engage in that election activity.
